Colum Goodchild – Director of Asset Management, Aqua Consultants
Colum works with clients to develop their approach to business planning. He has previously developed a £4 billion business plan (RIIO-GD2) at Cadent Gas and led the implementation of a £500m per annum investment programme at National Grid. Whether it’s asset strategy, planning, or management, Colum’s role is about working with customers and stakeholders to design and deliver the right services through time.
Ceri Jones – Director of Regulation, Aqua Consultants
Ceri provides strategic advice to water companies on asset management, business planning, and PR24 preparation. He has more than 30 years of experience in water regulation, including the initial privatisation and various price reviews, including as regulation director at a water company during PR19.
