As Director of Engineering Services, Tom will provide the vision to support Aqua Consultants growth into, and development of, consultancy services that relate to several key sector challenges. He will ensure an integrated service offering to support clients in the water sector with their AMP8 and AMP9 challenges, working with client account leaders to provide technical leadership and advice.

Tom will also work to identify and integrate future engineering talent and acquisitions into the team, where the business has aspirations to develop its end-to-end engineering delivery capability and the cross-sector capability within this function.

Tom began his career as a civil engineer and wastewater modeller and has held numerous roles at Sweco including secondments into NWL as Project Manager. Tom has a strong financial and operational background and has led and developed teams across multidisciplinary services. His most recent role was UK Water Director for Sweco, where he led the Water business across the UK and developed a strategy to service both client and contractor relationships, as an engineering services provider.
